About Our Team
Brody Tennant
Brody is the founder of Tennant Commercial Advisors, your local Commercial Real Estate brokerage. He has a strong background in the retail industry managing portfolios of national tenant retail and industrial properties, asset relocation, bank REO’s, redevelopment commercial real estate, leasing and buyer/tenant representation. His clients include high net worth individuals, REITs, Institutional funds, private family partnerships, commercial developers and national tenants.
Brody is a large influence on the Maryland community. He is also a proud member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce. Brody received a Bachelor’s degree from Stevenson University, and in his personal time, he enjoys boating, crabbing, and fishing with family and friends. Brody also has a strong and lasting relationship with many clients and enjoys going to Orioles and Ravens games, golf outings, and other activities together.
Heather Fleming
Heather is the co-founder of Rest Easy Support, a residential real estate transaction management company. She is a graduate of Towson University with a bachelors’ degree in education and a graduate of Stevenson University with a bachelors’ degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to co-founding Rest Easy, Heather spent nearly a decade working in real estate law as a paralegal for some of Baltimore’s best real estate attorneys. Her legal experience resulted in a well-rounded knowledge of contracts and the settlement process before shifting her focus to the real estate industry where she worked as the Director of Operations for two high-performing teams in Maryland and a Property Management Company.
Passionate about family and friendships, to be on the receiving end of her generous heart is to truly know her. A natural teacher and mentor at heart, you can often find her spending her free time assisting newly licensed agents with their business goals. She is a mother of two and loves to watch her children play sports or playing with her dog.
Susan Szulinski
Susan is the co-founder of Rest Easy Support, a residential real estate transaction management company. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry working as both a single agent, as well as, working alongside teams streamlining their systems and growing their businesses. Born and raised in Baltimore, she has an extensive knowledge of Baltimore and the surrounding areas including a love and appreciation for the city’s history and architecture. Although her university education was in music and the arts, she is a contractor’s daughter at heart and is at home building and developing, her current focus on building Tennant Property Management.
Susan has many passions, the common thread being her caring, empathetic nature which makes for a strong desire to see others succeed. She brings this distinguishing attribute to everything that she does; whether it be her sense of responsibility to those with whom she works, or her involvement in various organizations and causes including Autism awareness, the Baltimore Humane Society, Catonsville Women’s Giving Circle, Catonsville Tree Canopy Project, and more. When she has hung up her real estate cape, you can either find her rocking a toolbelt and overalls hard at work on a new DYI home project, or in the garden covered in dirt. She feels most at home outdoors in nature and loves hiking, camping, road trips, lazy days on the Eastern Shore, writing and playing music, and spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies, Chaco and Charlee.
